Make and Receive Calls in HubSpot
Use the Zoom Phone softphone widget directly from HubSpot’s top navigation bar. Easily place outbound calls by clicking on a contact or company record. When receiving an inbound call, the Zoom Phone widget displays the matched contact’s information and automatically opens the corresponding record if available.
Send and Receive SMS
Communicate via SMS directly from the Zoom Phone widget. Messages exchanged with HubSpot contacts are conveniently logged, keeping your communication history centralized.
Automatic Activity Logging
All call and SMS metadata—such as duration, timestamps, direction (inbound/outbound), and contact association—is automatically logged as activity in HubSpot, improving visibility and tracking for your sales and support teams.
Unified Softphone Experience
Access call history, voicemails, and SMS in one place. Add notes to call history directly within the widget to enable smooth follow-ups and consistent documentation.

Effektiviteten ved opkald og logføring er øget
Det er meget praktisk, at man blot skal klikke på et telefonnummer i HubSpot for at foretage et opkald. Desuden er det virkelig en stor hjælp, at ZoomPhone-optagelseslinket automatisk gemmes, når man integrerer optagelsesfunktionen.
- At man kan starte et opkald direkte fra HubSpot uden at skulle indtaste telefonnummeret hver gang - At optagelseslinket fra ZoomPhone automatisk gemmes i opkaldsloggen
- Oplysningerne i opkaldsloggen er svære at overskue, da de vises i rækkefølgen ① [Outbound] ZoomPhone-optagelses-URL + ② opkaldsnoter, hvilket betyder, at man hver gang skal udvide opkaldsloggen for at se dem. * Det ville være ønskeligt at kunne se oplysninger om fravær og korte noter uden at skulle udvide loggen hver gang.

Jeg har lige fundet ud af, hvad der skabte mit problem, og det fungerede perfekt. Du skal bare følge mailen fra Zoom for at konfigurere appen og give tredjeparter mulighed for at tage kontrol over opkaldene. Jeg er virkelig glad for at vide det.
