Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at arbejde med Trudy sammen med Andy West, da vi migrerede Wildfires CRM-system fra Salesforce til HubSpot. Vores system var ikke alt for komplekst, men vi gik fra enkeltbruger- til flerbrugeradgang, hvilket betød, at det nye system skulle opfylde en meget bredere vifte af krav.
