Disaster Trying to Integrate Freshbooks with HubSpot

My entire experience creating a HubSpot account and trying to integrate with Freshbooks has been an utter disaster. Freshbooks, as is their way in 2024 - took virtually weeks before they actually responded to my requests - answered my questions on a support session - that even got me to "first base" with HubSpot. Now that I have done that - I went to the "integration" part - of massive importance to me. I want a truly automated marketing / sales / CRM function - that gets data automatically from Freshbooks - as they promise it will. So I was not at all surprised when I went to the sign in process - and before I could even be connected there was an "OOPS message." I got a tech online - and he promised me he would "have his technical people" get right on it. He made an appointment with me for a specific time so he could tell me the answer. He ONLY did that - in my view - because of the multiple sequential times that promises to me had been broken - most recently 5 days ago. so - what a surprise - the news was that they were still "working on it." Sure. It is now 24 hours later - haven't heard a word. My strong advice is to stay away from Freshbooks. used to be a great company - especially for their service. About a year ago they went off a cliff of some kind. Their online reviews reflect this. If you can avoid the Freshbooks nightmare - do it. I am getting ready to start looking for alternatives to it - while I wait to hear back from that "crack tech team." The way it goes with FB - if I keep bothering them an average three days - I like my chances to have a solution by years' end. Today is October 17. I have no idea about HubSpot. by the way - Freshbooks doesn't care that I wrote this. They will have one of their "bots" cut and paste a very generic "we thank you for your feedback - you can contact us at . . .". These people have little no integrity - and even less pride in their professionalism. I regret to write this. They used to be one of my favorite companies - and I promoted them lavishly in multiple online venues.
