All feedback submitted by a company or contact will be shown directly in HubSpot when viewing the customer. This helps teams remember and track all feedback submissions prior to any correspondence.

View updates from product

While viewing a company or contact, any updates relevant to that customer from Product Signals will be shown in HubSpot. This helps teams quickly keep customers in the loop without leaving HubSpot.
