Übersicht

The two-way Appcues<>HubSpot integration sends contacts and companies from HubSpot to Appcues for targeting and personalizing in-app content and sends Appcues survey and event data to HubSpot for automation and analysis.


When you target and personalize Appcues content using HubSpot attributes like plan tier, account owner, MRR, renewal date, or lifecycle stage, you can:


• Deliver targeted upgrade campaigns

• Remind accounts of an upcoming renewal

• Prompt users to book a call with their rep

• Segment flows based on personas or size of business


In the other direction, you can update HubSpot contacts in real-time as they interact with Appcues content—including NPS and survey responses, flow completion, and goals reached. This means you'll be able to:


• Centralize NPS and user feedback

• Coordinate in-app and email campaigns

• Alert reps about new user milestones

Limitation

No segmented data movement works. Appcue events aren't available. Data update takes time.

Lack of data in HubSpot

I love appcues. However, HubSpot does not make it easy to view appcues data and find across multiple contacts what people within a company or category are doing.

Hi Michelle! I know you and I talked separately about this review in the spring, and that your feedback was mostly about HubSpot's reporting capabilities and not the Appcues integration itself, but still wanted to provide you an update: HubSpot just released a new API endpoint that would allow us to also send Appcues Events into HubSpot as "Custom Behavioral Events", which are able to be aggregated and reported on in HubSpot reporting: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/analytics-tools/analyze-custom-behavioral-events I've added this as a feature enhancement in our integration backlog, and I'll keep you updated if and when we begin working on it.
