Using DealHub for Quotes linking with HubSpot
Very happy with how flexible DealHub is, it has been able to delivery what we require which is a multi-lingual solution, that can present the quotes in multiple layouts dependent on what the customer requests / the sales agent has opted for. We either show the quote as a summary, at a room level, or at a product type by room. The Quotes are linked to Deals in HubSpot, the Products in DealHub are updated from from our ERP solution.
We needed a solution for a larger quotes with a more professional feel

Flexibility means that there can be a lot of setup, although this depends how complicated the quotes need to be

Zeitersparnis und keine Fehler bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen.
DealHub verfügt über ein perfektes Maß an Anpassungsfähigkeit, um seine Lösung an jede Produktstruktur des Unternehmens anzupassen. In unserem Fall hatten wir Schwierigkeiten, eine Lösung für die Angebotserstellung zu finden, die in der Lage ist, die Definition unserer Einzelposten zu verarbeiten. Dank DealHub können wir die bereits gesammelten Daten in unser CRM integrieren und in wenigen Minuten ein Angebot erstellen. Darüber hinaus wird das Angebot in einer gebrandeten Online-Landung präsentiert, die per E-Mail weitergegeben werden kann.
Erstellung von Angeboten, Ausarbeitung von Verträgen, Unterzeichnung von Verträgen und als Nächstes die Anpassung bestehender Verträge an Upsells und Erweiterungen.
