SymphonySync is a simple and flexible tool to integrate your HubSpot marketing data with D365!

SymphonySync has been a great addition to our marketing technology. The seamless integration between HubSpot and Dynamics 365 provides us with many benefits. Our sales team can now see valuable insight on every marketing qualified lead right within our CRM. This has increased our sales team's confidence in our lead generation efforts and has lead to more conversions of our MQLs to opportunities. Our sales team can also update the lead status of our MQLs right within Dynamics 365, which has provided valuable information to our marketing team. We also needed to connect our marketing activities and campaigns to our sales pipeline. Previously, there was a disconnect between our marketing campaigns and our sales pipeline. We couldn't do a proper ROI analysis on the majority of our marketing campaigns. SymphonySync has allowed us to close the loop on our marketing campaigns and for the first time, we are now able to accurately measure the ROI on our marketing campaigns. While, we have not been using the tool for long, we have seen a positive and immediate impact.

We needed a way to integrate HubSpot and our marketing data into our new Dynamics 365 CRM instance. We were searching for an integration that would allow us to manage our leads better and a system to provide us with better ROI reporting.

It is 100% flexible on what data we can move between the two tools and it handles custom fields without problem. It is simple and cost-effective to update the sync to meet any change in business requirements. The reporting provides exactly what we need to make business decisions and I absolutely love how all the relevant marketing and sales data resides in one easy to use platform.

SymphonySync is exactly what we need

We recently engaged with SymphonySync integration tool. It works flawlessly with Microsoft Dynamics. This is a fantastic tool to integrate our marketing campaigns as well as streamlining significant leads. The customizations are easily available as needed as our campaign requirements evolve. Summarizing activity and reporting are extremely important to make sure our ROI for our campaigns is meeting our expectations. SymphonySync easily allows us to monitor these campaigns and properly manage our current CRM. Great product and the team behind it could not be more helpful and knowledgeable. The implementation process is absolutely stress free. They are always accessible to help with any questions or customization. They truly stand behind the development and power of SymphonySync and are completely dedicated to make sure it is a successful tool for our company.
