A set it and forget customer feedback that actually works

We leverage TheySaid across our team to get feedback from our customers about their experience, what they like, what they don't, spot potential churn risks and opportunities to grow accounts proactively. The detailed feedback is also shared back to marketing, sales and product for product feedback and potential case studies/testimonials.

Consistent feedback better than one off surveys

I love how easy this is to use and the fact it gives us signals with more to act on than just a vanilla NPS score. I'm a big fan of CPV now as a better tool and this is easy to implement and use.
