1/4 - Incoming Call Screen Pop
Zoom Contact Center is an AI-powered, omnichannel contact center platform that helps businesses provide prompt, accurate and personalized responses to their customers over a variety of channels.
Features
Unified Experience: Zoom Contact Center in the HubSpot calling window.
Outbound calling - Click-to-dial from Contact/Company and related objects.
Inbound calling - screen pop to the matching HubSpot record; activities auto-associated.
Call controls: mute, hold, add call, transfer, recording; state stays in sync.
AI assist: conversation summary shown to the transfer recipient (warm/direct).
AI Expert Assist: suggested dispositions, Smart Notes, and follow-up tasks.
Automatic activity logging (date/time, duration, disposition, notes) with recording link.
Note
Voice channel only within HubSpot CTI (use Zoom Workplace for chat/SMS/other channels).
HubSpot calling window must remain open during the session.
WebRTC setup required; Chrome users should install the “Zoom Contact Center for CTI” extension.
Requirements
HubSpot paid plan with calling.
Zoom Contact Center license (Essentials, Premium, or Elite) for each agent.
Funktionen

Automatic Call Logging
Automatically captures and stores all call-related information in addition to notes and disposition inside HubSpot without the need for manual entry.

Advanced Call controls
Supports advanced call handling functionalities such as call transfer, call hold, auto call recordings, etc.

Incoming Screen Pop
On receipt of an incoming call, the CTI client will automatically screen pop to the matching contact record in HubSpot. Activities generated by the CTI client will be automatically associated with the matching contact record. Mid-call experience continues in the CTI client.

Outgoing Calls - Click to Dial
Initiate an outbound call from a Contact or Company object using the native HubSpot calling capability. Calls can also be initiated from other HubSpot objects that are associated with a Contact or Company. Mid-call experience continues in the CTI client.

AI Expert Assist & AI Companion
Knowledge Base Retrieval, Information Retrieval, Next Best Actions . Suggested Disposition, Auto-Generated Smart Notes, Follow-Up Tasks
