Ich hatte das Vergnügen, mit Trudy in Zusammenarbeit mit Andy West zusammenzuarbeiten, als wir das CRM-System von Wildfire von Salesforce auf HubSpot migrierten. Unser System war zwar nicht übermäßig komplex, aber wir wechselten vom Einzelbenutzer- zum Mehrbenutzerzugriff, was bedeutete, dass das neue System eine viel breitere Palette von Anforderungen erfüllen musste. Außerdem mussten wir uns durch mehr als 20 Jahre Geschichte arbeiten und entscheiden, was es wert war, migriert zu werden, und was wir uns leisten konnten, zurückzulassen.
