Kelp has helped us on several occasions for both of our websites hosted on HubSpot. In each case for both sites, the goals were to either: 1) speed up the website (as google is constantly reducing your speed and website scores as technology improves), 2) add a new template / overhaul the "face" of the website (nav/footer, fonts, forms, etc.) 3) modernize our blog and other templates ...in each case, they have been responsive, efficient, and VERY reasonable with their time and rates.
