It’s tough to find a PRM and CRM that work seamlessly together, but it’s critical for partners in your channel to register their deals so that you, the company, can accurately forecast order fulfillment, analyze channel success, and plan for business development. Partner Deals Portal removes the friction of trying to sync a specific PRM and your HubSpot CRM by working as an extension of your own HubSpot portal. This way, you are not locked into any one PRM software, but can still manage your channel strategy effectively from your HubSpot portal.

Your partners do not need to have HubSpot to be onboarded onto this app and the easy to use interface makes it simple for partners to participate in and benefit from deal registration. There are two primary stakeholders to this application:

  1. The Partner
  2. You, the Company

You, the Company, have complete control over how deals are registered into your HubSpot portal through the Partner Deals Portal. You also gain much needed visibility into your Partner’s deals in an easy to set up, easy to use, and highly partner scalable way.

Company facing, Partner Deals Portal becomes an extension of your HubSpot Sales Hub Features. Your Company Administrator is able to

  • Define which deal properties to be required versus optional for partner deal registration
  • Define which pipeline to associate deal registrations for each partner, multiple pipelines per partner user is supported
  • Allow or Disallow Partners to select Company associations for partner deal registrations
  • Create and associate Custom Objects with Partners (available for Companies on HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise)
  • Bulk curate resources, document links, and partner enablement resource links to be Partner facing channel wide. Links can be associated to groups of partners, so that different partners will see different links

Partner facing, Partner Deals Portal will serve as a direct way to connect your partners to you. Using the login credentials generated by your Company Admin, users at your Partner’s business will gain access to their

  • Partner Portal. Within, each partner can access
  • Partner resource links, document links, etc
  • Register new deal records
  • Edit existing deal records
  • Initiate direct contact with their channel manager
