Integrointiongelmat varjostavat perustoiminnallisuutta
TeleCMI VoIP-järjestelmä toimii hienosti ilman suuria teknisiä ongelmia.
Asiakkaille voidaan soittaa suoraan HubSpotissa ilman, että yhteystietoja tarvitsee kopioida ja liittää TeleCMI:hen.
Kun integraatiota oli käytetty jonkin aikaa, agentit eivät saaneet ponnahdusikkunaa saapuvista puheluista, vaikka he saattoivat kuulla soiton, mutta eivät voineet vastata puheluun, koska ponnahdusikkunaa ei näkynyt. TeleCMI:n tuki kertoi, että ongelma oli HubSpotin puolella, ja HubSpotin tiimi kieltäytyi auttamasta vedoten siihen, että heidän puoleltaan ei ollut ongelmaa.
