Mindbody → HubSpot more than 120 properties synced

Data is power! Every relevant piece of data about your Mindbody client is synced in HubSpot with 120+ custom properties created by CRMConnect. Each property was carefully selected as an essential data point for your wellness business.

The Appointment Pipeline

The Appointment Pipeline will list every appointment as a deal with relevant information including related purchase information. Each deal will then be automatically updated with changes such as a schedule change or a status change or a remaining count for an appointment series.

The Sales Pipeline

You can't improve what you don't measure. This pipeline created by CRMConnect will itemize every purchase by your clients. You can finally measure the effectiveness of everything your company and staff do, by connecting revenue to these activities (like newsletters, coaching, sales activities, etc.)

DonorPerfect "CodeSync"

With "CodeSync", manual re-entry of dropdown codes and code descriptions from DonorPerfect to HubSpot becomes a thing of the past. Make changes in DonorPerfect and watch them automatically populate in your HubSpot dropdown properties.

DonorPerfect "FlagSync"

When you add or modify flags in DonorPerfect, they're automatically integrated into HubSpot as multi-select options. Your adjustments in one platform populate effortlessly in the other. Save loads of time with APIANT's HubSpot intgegration

Great System

Our data flows seamlessly using this solution between our customer database platform and our CRM thanks to CRMConnect. It allows us to use two systems in the most efficient way possible. I also can't speak highly enough about Apiant! Apiant has been fantastic to work with. We've been partnering with Apiant since 2019 when they first helped us connect our HubSpot instance with our Customer data platform. They were responsive and helpful in getting us onboarded and even show us some best practices on workflows along with gave us some new ways to consider using our data to interact with leads and customers. The real defining moment for us was during COVID. We operate gyms and pulled in Apiant who worked fast and tirelessly to custom build a solution that would allow us to host classes virtually via zoom. This helped keep our members engaged during lockdown. Without this solution, we no doubt would have lost a lot of those customers. They have been great partners since day 1. THANK YOU!
