Installation rapide mais suivi limité des transactions - Idéal pour le flux de communication avec les clients
Crisp est facile à mettre en place, sans grands efforts d'ingénierie, ce qui rend sa mise en œuvre extrêmement rapide. La communication avec les clients est beaucoup plus efficace. L'intégration avec HubSpot permet de suivre les conversations ouvertes dans les contacts, mais malheureusement le suivi dans les affaires associées n'est pas disponible. Le support de Crisp est très utile et réactif.
Possibilité de suivre les tickets/conversations au sein d'un contact et de prendre des notes dédiées sur les bribes de conversation importantes.

Can be integrated, but not fully functional
All the new contacts on Crisp get added to HubSpot, but not all contacts are desired, which takes out a lot of manual jobs to clean the data
crisp records can be integrated and easily found in HubSpot
even the non-desirable contacts get added to CRM, which makes it hard to clean the data and it eats up a lot of data and time
