SyncMatters can connect HubSpot’s contact management system (CMS) with Greenhouse’s applicant tracking system (ATS) for recruitment.
The Greenhouse platform helps companies manage their recruitment process, making it easy for candidates to apply for vacant positions on diverse job boards across a variety of industries.
Within Greenhouse, you have Jobs, which are vacant positions, Listings, which are the posts for those positions, and details of all of the candidates that apply. SyncMatters will link and synchronize the jobs/vacant positions as “Deals” inside of HubSpot. Candidates that apply for these positions appear as “Contacts” in HubSpot. The synchronization is then continued in the model as more data is added and updated in either system.
The job postings come into HubSpot’s HubDB with each one having its own distinct record. This facilitates the construction within HubSpot, using standard CMS tools, of engaging content, consistent with the corporate brand, allowing vacant positions to be found more optimally. The actual content flows from within Greenhouse, along with the ability to apply for those positions, which then closes the loop on the applicant process.
With SyncMatters, candidates can apply for a position from a HubSpot CMS page that embeds the Greenhouse job form. Upon submitting the form that candidate will be created as a contact in Greenhouse and synced to HubSpot with all expected information: application status, associations, date of applying, form details, and other activities captured within the Greenhouse account.
SyncMatters' rich data model captures information using a custom timeline and logic.

Two-Way Sync
