Only for automations - you can't just pull lists

I like that they refund the value of the cards. But you can't clone active campaigns. And at least at the level we are at you can't save branding and need to upload logos for each campaign. It also requires HTML coding to just update the email to left justified.

We understand your concerns and are continuously improving the BHN Rewards app. We’re happy to share that the app now supports manual 1-to-1 sending directly within the HubSpot experience, in addition to automation. We've also enhanced email customization with advanced HTML support, making it easier to format emails to fit your branding. We appreciate your input and are always working to improve the experience. Too clunkly and difficult to work with...

This is by far the worst integration we have with HubSpot. For starters they dont disclose that the ONLY way to use this with HubSpot is to run an Automation. There is no simple, manual way to use this with HubSpot. Secondly, its extremely clunky and difficult to use. We are very small company and we spend hours setting up campaigns. There is no simple way to edit recipients once uploaded to their platform. You must export the file and reupload it and pray that you've got everyone adjusted correctly. You wait days for funds to clear. There is no way to save email templates, you must continuously create copies of campaigns and make edits. Email setup instructions are not clear, they just say give it to your IT personnel. To top it all off we are stuck with them for one year as they ONLY do annual plans. By far the worst SaaS we have, period.

Can only use via Automation with HubSpot. (Big deal breaker) No simple way to edit recipients once uploaded directly to BHN's platform Funds take days to clear Cannot view or edit reminders. There no way to even see what the reminder looks like. Clunky and slow Must pay thousands more just to send SMS which also wasnt clearly disclosed.

Manual sending is now supported in HubSpot, giving you more flexibility beyond automations. Our recipient management UI has been upgraded, allowing you to easily add, review, and correct recipients on the same screen for a smoother workflow. If our current plans don’t meet your needs, please reach out—we now offer more flexible plan options beyond annual SaaS subscriptions.
