Lacking

This integration is only for registrations. There's no integration post-event that will help you manage who attended and what sessions they viewed/went to. any reporting post-event that you want done has to be manually imported into HubSpot. the short names also will overwrite any of the sessions names if you add them. we had to delete the short names in order to get proper session names in our exports/get usable data.

Seamless Integration

We LOVE Swoogo! Their customer service and technical support teams are amazing. The platform is rich with features and functionality that allow us to modify the configuration to meet the specific requirements of the event. The integration with HubSpot allows us to keep invitation lists updated to reflect the current membership status of our members, and Swoogo syncs current registrations with a HubSpot list we created so we can avoid sending promotional emails to those who have already registered.

Simple Static List

Swoogo is a dream to work with so far - intuitive and easy to use but with lots of great features. Quick onboarding/ training, great customer service, and quick responses to any issues needing to be resolved. An overall great value.

Que n'aimez-vous pas ?So far, the greatest downside I've found is that the free HubSpot-Swoogo integration is too simple. It only allows for the creation of one static list per event. The previous platform we used allowed for multiple dynamic lists - but this cost us $4,000 to build out.
