Bon, mais perfectible
Si elles sont bien gérées, les connexions sont très bonnes.
le lien direct avec la base crm
Il arrive assez souvent que les contacts sur Mailchimp ne soient pas mis à jour. Par exemple : si je supprime un contact sur HubSpot ou si je décoche la case pour recevoir des newsletters, ce contact reste dans la liste sur Mailchimp.

La synchronisation à sens unique rend cet outil inutile pour l'intégration CRM
C'est peut-être de ma faute, mais il n'y a aucun moyen de synchroniser les données de Mailchimp avec HubSpot, il semble insensé que la synchronisation ne puisse se faire que dans l'autre sens.
Je n'ai aucune idée de la raison pour laquelle quelqu'un utiliserait cela.
Synchronisation uniquement de Mailchimp vers HubSpot.
