The HubSpot CRM Integration with Jira app display reporter details from HubSpot directly on the Jira issue. With this integration, you can view rich customer data right within Jira Cloud issues without switching between tools.
This app fills the gap of missing integration for companies that use both tools: Jira Cloud and HubSpot CRM. With the integration, you can view rich customer data right within Jira Cloud issues.
View reporter’s properties from the following objects:
- contact
- company
- deals
All HubSpot contacts are matched to Jira users and customers via their email addresses. Thanks to this, you can see information about the reporter in all types of projects: business (from Jira Work Management), software (from Jira Software), and service (from Jira Service Management).

Jira users have all detailed info stored in the HubSpot CRM right on the issue. You can know more about the reporter, their company, and deals. Embedded data updates automatically, if any information is changed in CRM.
Get started quickly
It's easy to connect your Jira Cloud instance to HubSpot CRM. Provide your account credentials: client ID and client Secret, tell us which HubSpot properties you want to display on the Jira issue view and you're done!
Improve communication between sales and IT teams
When a customer asks for a new feature, the product owner can easily tie information about his account to the issue (without having any access to HubSpot). It’s not needed anymore to ask the sales team to get this data.

Only one-way integration
We didn't get the helpt that we wanted. This integration work only to HubSpot to Jira and if HubSpot information needs updating, one has to go to manually to HubSpot to update that data.
We wanted to have Jira integrated to a CRM for customer data
You can see HubSpot CRM information inside Jira
You cannot update HubSpot data using Jira.

Not as advertised
It doesn't work. It only shows HubSpot info in Jira and not the other way around. The screen shots and functionality shown is not how the app works. Support is not very good and didn't seem to care the product doesn't work as advertised.
We were using this to show and attach Jira tickets in HubSpot as is described in the app functionality.
