Website feedback with Zonka Feedback

Zonka Feedback has been a huge help for us in understanding how people feel about our website. The reports it gives us are really good, showing us exactly what our customers think. Ok But Not Great

While Zonka is relatively easy to setup and customize, however, the integration with HubSpot has been lacking. We struggled for quite a while trying to get the questions/answers synced to contacts inside HubSpot and finally ended up paying for Zapier to handle the integration. Had I known we were just going to need Zapier as a connector, I would have looked at other survey tools.
