Just what we needed

Team Arissa has proven to be just what we needed. We've now been working with Arissa for 8 or 9 months. When we hired Arissa, we were relatively new to HubSpot. We had considered hiring a Virtual Assistant to help us navigate the world of workflow creations, email templates, dashboard creation and more. Instead, we hired Arissa India which gave us access to not just one person, but an entire team, with different people who specialize in workflow creation, others who own Social Media content creation and yet others who draft our email marketing campaigns. The resources and talent that they bring to the table are a true asset for our agency. We are a U.S. based company and team Arissa is adaptable to meeting during our workday as needed. Communication is stellar. Deliverables are met. While we've been with Arissa for the 8 or 9 months, our partnership continues to expand and we've assigned special projects to the team as well including the implementation of AI and Automation efforts, shifting our website to WordPress, and more.
