We partnered with PMG to help support our Marketing and Sales operations. From the jump PMG was very response and attentive to our business challenges and needs. Susan and Kerrie in particular were very helpful with supporting our sales operations department. They were able to tackle our two biggest needs, lead attribution and lead score. Before PMG we were struggling with attributing the right source to our contacts and ultimately our deals. We also had an issue with delivering quality leads to the sales team. Since our partnership with PMG we have seen a massive uptick in the quality of leads we are bringing in and able to clearly understand how they are coming into our CRM. Working remote it is sometimes difficult to communicate especially with folks in different time zones. I really appreciated that Susan and Kerrie were always willing to jump on a call or answer any question I had. 10/10 would recommend to any organization that is looking for support with their marketing/ sales functions.
