Seamless Box File Management Made Better Than Expected
This is a great piece of software. We recently migrated from Salesforce to HubSpot, and one of the conditions was to be able to manage Box files, which is our main repository within HubSpot. This has made it so much easier and even a better integration than the native integration that Salesforce had with Box.

Box Connector has been a game changer for our team!
If your business uses Box for cloud storage this is a must have app! We use it within HubSpot to easily link Box folders to our contacts and their associated deals, and it’s made organizing and accessing files so much faster. Pinning the folder in Box Connector eliminates the need to hunt down the correct folder through your folder trees every time. The integration is smooth, intuitive, and has saved us a ton of time bouncing between platforms. Highly recommend for any team looking to streamline their file management in HubSpot!
All of your Box folders are available, directly in HubSpot. Using HubSpot workflows, you can automate the creation and management of folders in Box. That function alone saved us hours per week. Great customer service.

The Box Connector has fundamentally improved how we manage documents across customer and business development workflows. Before the integration, we battled with scattered files and version confusion. Now, with Box embedded directly in HubSpot, we’re able to preview, collaborate, and manage documents exactly where we work—no switching tabs or building redundant folder structures in the HubSpot file interface. It’s an elegantly coded, high-performance integration that respects both platforms’ strengths. This has made our document workflows not only more secure and compliant, but also dramatically more efficient. We’re especially excited about the proposed support for Box workflows.
