Excellent sound quality and HubSpot integration, but the oversized calling widget blocks important contact information
The sound quality and ease of dialing are excellent.
Tight integration with HubSpot records.
The calling "widget" is larger on the PC screen than it should be occluding other information about the contact or their company. There is no way to mimize it during the call.

Great Potential, But the Core Feature Is Broken
I have been trying for over a month to get RingCentral RingEX to integrate with HubSpot, and it simply does not work. I have spent countless hours connecting with RingCentral support, speaking to multiple different representatives, but there has been no resolution. The process has been frustrating, time-consuming
In theory, the integration could save us a lot of time by allowing calls and related tasks to be handled directly in the browser.
The integration fails in a key area: when a call is forwarded to my extension, the app does not ring. This means the main advantage of using the browser to answer calls or complete tasks is completely lost. After weeks of troubleshooting, there has been no progress or workable solution.
