Automatic Activity Logging

Frustrating integration with major SMS failures and dialing issues - only works when bypassing the system entirely
the phone does not dial out of HubSpot although it picks it up if you dial out of the zoom app. The biggest thing that doesnt deliver is SMS. There is no way to get them automatically loaded in so what I have to do is have someone log every single text. Our business is half text so this is a huge pain.
the phone portion works when you call out of the zoom app
