Nightmare

CTM gives me the option to have a number for each ad source I use. But integrating it with HubSpot is impossible. It integrates, but doesn't show me the sources. I called CTM and they say everything looks fine.

CTM integration with HubSpot

It is cumbersome to set up, and unpredictable in implementation. It has on occasion simply stopped logging calls in one of our instances.

What problem are you trying to solve?

Tracking calls, creating new contacts from calls

What do you like?

Calls logged automatically, and added to call history.

What do you dislike?

Difficulty setting it up, and buggy in implementation.
