Once identified, you can link the business and instantly retrieve the latest Creditsafe report, which automatically updates the custom properties in your HubSpot portal.

Essential tool for risk management and instant company enrichment The Creditsafe app by Leapware has completely transformed how we handle the transition from "Prospect" to "Paying Client." Previously, our Sales team would chase deals only for Finance to veto them later due to credit risks. Now, that intelligence is baked directly into our HubSpot CRM. We use this integration for two critical workflows: - Lead Qualification: Our SDRs use the "Advanced Search" to link companies instantly. If a lead has a high risk indicator, we disqualify them or pivot to "Pre-payment Only" before spending weeks on the sales cycle. - Deal & Payment Management: For new clients, we’ve automated our "Closed Won" process. HubSpot workflows look at the Creditsafe Risk Score and Suggested Credit Limit properties to automatically recommend 30-day, 60-day, or "Payment Upfront" terms on the Deal record. It removes the guesswork and protects our cash flow without slowing down the closing process.
