Using DealHub for Quotes linking with HubSpot

Very happy with how flexible DealHub is, it has been able to delivery what we require which is a multi-lingual solution, that can present the quotes in multiple layouts dependent on what the customer requests / the sales agent has opted for. We either show the quote as a summary, at a room level, or at a product type by room. The Quotes are linked to Deals in HubSpot, the Products in DealHub are updated from from our ERP solution.

What problem are you trying to solve?

We needed a solution for a larger quotes with a more professional feel

Very flexible, very good support.

What do you dislike?

Flexibility means that there can be a lot of setup, although this depends how complicated the quotes need to be

Gain of time and zero operational mistakes creating quotes and contracts.

DealHub has the perfect level of customisation to adapt their solution to whatever business product structure. In our case, we were struggling to find a quote solution capable to handle our line items definition. Thanks to DealHub, we integrate with our CRM to use the Data already collected and generate a quote in minutes. Further than that, the quote is presented in an online branded landing that can be shared via email.

Creating quotes, generating contracts, signing contracts and next will be adapting existing contracts to upsells and expansions.
