The Telavox integration for HubSpot helps your sales agents focus on value-creating activities instead of toggling between communication platforms. Convenient tools create an efficient sales process, improving customer satisfaction and reducing stress.

Thanks to the Telavox integration in HubSpot, keeping in touch with clients and contacting leads is now a piece of cake. Make or receive calls with a complete softphone, listen to recordings, get access to ongoing contact associations at a glance, communicate with collegues while in-call, and navigate with ease – it’s all here, and it makes life easier for both you and your customers.
Features

Telavox as call provider - No need to switch between apps.
All the essential call functionalities are available directly from your HubSpot interface. Dialpad, mute function, call parking, call transferring, call history, call recordings*, Caller ID settings, navigate to Contact and associated Deals – all without leaving HubSpot. *Available only for customers with a call recording subscription.

Collaborate with your colleagues
Search for a colleague in the contacts list within the Telavox widget and transfer the customer call. Open the messages view in the widget and have a quick chat with your colleague while the customer is still on the call.

Always focus on the customer
Place a call directly from the customer contact card in HubSpot. You can also initiate the call from the Telavox widgets history tab or dial the number manually. All call details are automatically tracked in the customer card.

Manage your availability
In the Telavox integration, you can steer the incoming calls by changing your profile status or logging in and out of the hunt groups. Advanced functions* like pause system and auto log out are also available. *Available only for customers with a Call Center Pro subscription.

PBX services and statistics
The Telavox integration lets you quickly see which queues are open, the number of calls in the queue, agents logged in, and basic statistics. Service level, answer ratio, wait time, and call duration figures for the day, week, or month are all just a click away.
