Flowella helped us run a donation campaign that was genuinely supporter-friendly and operationally efficient. Using WhatsApp gave us a direct, high-engagement channel, and HubSpot handled the automation behind the scenes, with follow-ups triggered by what supporters actually did in the WhatsApp journey rather than generic drip emails. By linking HubSpot with DonorBox, we kept data clean, attribution clear, and reporting simple, without adding any manual workload for the team. It also cut out much of the complexity of relying on Meta, which can be time-consuming to manage, harder to optimise, and less transparent from a reporting perspective.
