Setting Up Integration
Once you install the app, to send WhatsApp and Viber to your global contacts navigate to Settings – Integrations – Connected apps. On the Mitto for WhatsApp and Viber app enter the API keys provided to you by Mitto to make the connection. Add registered WhatsApp templates too. Check out the User Guide on the right for more detailed instructions.

One-Way Campaigns and Two-Way Chats
Send scalable, targeted campaigns easily to a specific contact or many people. You can use both channels and decide if you want to launch a one-way campaigns or start a two-way chat if you want to collect information from your contacts. Keep in mind that you need to follow channel guidelines (conversation time-window, tremplates, etc.).

Timeline Record
All sent and received messages are documented on the Contact timeline. All messages sent to each contact will be visible here (from automation or direct ones).

Add Messages to Automated Workflows
Add messaging over Viber and WhatsApp to any automated workflow. Set up triggers and actions and make sure that messages are sent to the right people at the right moment for the best results.
