Nachtmerrie

CTM geeft me de optie om een nummer te hebben voor elke advertentiebron die ik gebruik. Maar het integreren met HubSpot is onmogelijk. Het integreert, maar laat me de bronnen niet zien. Ik heb CTM gebeld en zij zeggen dat alles in orde is.

CTM integratie met HubSpot

Het is omslachtig om in te stellen en onvoorspelbaar in de implementatie. Het is bij gelegenheid gewoon gestopt met het loggen van oproepen in een van onze instanties.

Gesprekken bijhouden, nieuwe contacten maken op basis van gesprekken

Wat vind je goed?

Gesprekken worden automatisch gelogd en toegevoegd aan de belgeschiedenis.

Wat vind je niet goed?

Moeilijk op te zetten en buggy in de implementatie.
