Using DealHub for Quotes linking with HubSpot

Very happy with how flexible DealHub is, it has been able to delivery what we require which is a multi-lingual solution, that can present the quotes in multiple layouts dependent on what the customer requests / the sales agent has opted for. We either show the quote as a summary, at a room level, or at a product type by room. The Quotes are linked to Deals in HubSpot, the Products in DealHub are updated from from our ERP solution.

Tijdwinst en geen operationele fouten bij het maken van offertes en contracten.

DealHub heeft het perfecte aanpassingsniveau om hun oplossing aan te passen aan de productstructuur van elk bedrijf. In ons geval hadden we moeite met het vinden van een offerteoplossing die in staat was om onze definitie van regelitems te verwerken. Dankzij DealHub integreren we met ons CRM om de reeds verzamelde gegevens te gebruiken en binnen enkele minuten een offerte te genereren. Bovendien wordt de offerte gepresenteerd in een online branded landing die via e-mail kan worden gedeeld.
