Great Dialer Interface That Fails to Deliver

I like how simple the interface is for our sales team and allows us to quickly lookup contact info within HubSpot. On the other hand, you have to pay $12 more a month per user for call recording and a whopping $100 a month for API access! I wouldn't choose this solution until they add the ability to cancel a plan, fix the click-2-call function, and open up the API, especially considering that you still have to pay for minutes used!

No click-2-call from HubSpot's call button only works from phone numbers, which has issues from time to time. It is only possible to cancel by getting a hold of support, which is currently on vacation for the next 3 weeks, which is terrible as they want to lock you into a plan because they put a hold on your card at sign-up!

Cradle + HubSpot = Pretty good.

Cradle has a simple UI and seamless integration. It syncs with both personal and HubSpot contacts, not to mention that it logs call in HubSpot automatically.
