Forced to choose between phone access and CRM integration - completely inflexible and restrictive
Inflexible operation
None as yet!
Unable to send messages out. I understand once my WhatsApp Business has been intergrated to HubStop, I can only access it via the CRM and no longer on my phone. Why should I have to choose between the two?

Práctico para integrar con HubSpot y redireccionar al equipo.
No poder generar reportes en HubSpot, es el punto más crítico. Tener que crear plantillas para enviar e iniciar una conversación, debe ser más práctico, poder enviar un mensaje como un "Hola" para empezar la interacción.
