Shows job changes but HubSpot integration is broken and frustrating

It does show job changes but the push to HubSpot works poorly

Apollo Everywhere, useful when it does it right!

Its going ok, I have setup everything correctly, but for the last two weeks there have been some issues whereby company names are not being populated with the Apollo push to HubSpot, now I am not sure if this is an issue from HubSpot or Apollo itself. I have gone over the mapping fields numerous times and see no reason why it is not working, not adding job titles or company names, then matching wrong company names to the wrong accounts in HubSpot. For example, Nandos UK & IRE were labelled as Tallaght Hospital, Apollo changed this based off of a domain called nandos.ie, which is not even the right domain, we used nandos.co.uk and Apollo kept changing it back no matter how many times I changed it to the correct name in HubSpot, I then disabled bidirectional sync and the issue has stopped, now with the bidirectional sync disabled it does not dedupe against duplicate records. I am assuming the data from Apollo is incorrect, this is the only one we have picked up so far that has been a nightmare. I have now re-enabled bidirectional sync as we need this to populate some of the fields we need for our lead data. This has taken me some time to try figure out how to fix, having spoken to HubSpot and Apollo support. They are investigating as to the issue and will revert back, but something is buggy in my opinion since company name should automatically just populate, same with Job Title which on some leads are missing. Hoping this gets resolved soon so that our sales team can get back on track.

What do you like?

Absolutely love the automation aspect of this app, pushing lead data over is seamless when it gets it right. Majority of the time Apollo does the work pretty clean and on par as to what is expected of it.

What do you dislike?

Biggest disadvantage for Apollo is not having the correct support in place to explain why some things dont work, majority of the time I get 99% of the data I need from Apollo, this is useful in its own when sales asks for lead details and I can easily push leads over to HubSpot at the push of a button. Just some fields not populating means manual input from our side which takes us away from doing other work. I am sure this will eventually be sorted.
