Great improvement of the deal pipeline

The CRM Playbook checker add a critical thing missing in the standard deal pipeline functionality - the ability build knowledge into the deal pipeline. With this, I can add all the actions that are expected from sales reps in each step of the sales process, and give them an easy tool to tick of accomplished actions.

The checker is especially valuable for complex sales processes, where each step in the deal pipeline contains expected actions that take time.

Hva vil du gjøre?

To have the ability to tick off things BEFORE qualifying a deal for moving to the next stage in the flow. I also don't have to create CRM database fields for all actions in the deal flow, they don't really belong there.

Hva liker du ikke?

No big cons, would have wished that this was a standard feature in HubSpot CRM, then i had got it several years ago ;-)

Thanks for the review Markus! Great to hear that you've been able to visualize your sales process. Pro tip: A lot of users also use "the checker" with other objects than deals for example for customer success onboardings, or similar.
