SalesOps Employee AI operates using a human-in-the-loop model, ensuring that all AI-generated insights, recommendations, and proposed actions are reviewable, auditable, and explicitly approved by a human before being applied in HubSpot. This approach enables organizations to adopt AI responsibly without compromising governance, data integrity, or internal controls.
The app is deployed through a sales-assisted onboarding process to align with customer-specific security, compliance, and workflow requirements.

Turn Emails & Meetings into CRM Updates
AI suggests CRM updates for human review, using emails, call notes, meeting notes, and documents to keep contacts, companies, and deals accurate. Updates are applied only after explicit user approval in HubSpot.

Review & Approve CRM Changes
Review, approve, or reject AI-suggested CRM updates before anything is written to HubSpot. Ensures full human control and prevents unintended changes to contacts, companies, and deals.

Secure HubSpot Access with OAuth
SalesOps Employee AI uses HubSpot OAuth and scoped permissions to securely authenticate and access CRM data. The app only reads data explicitly authorized by the connected HubSpot account and never exceeds granted permissions.

Email & Document Data Processing
Processes sales-related emails to extract structured data used for CRM update suggestions. Email data is analyzed in read-only mode and never modifies CRM records without user approval.

All data shared with HubSpot is generated as insights, recommendations, or proposed updates that require explicit user review and approval before being applied.
Customers can control which workflows are enabled during onboarding, and data sharing is limited to the minimum required to support approved sales operations use cases.
