Incredible mentorship, knowledge, and care

I have had the privilege of working with Juan and his team at two different organizations over the past four years. At Climate Nexus, he supported a mid-sized communications agency with all things HubSpot, hosting weekly office hours meetings, managing a CRM with thousands of contacts, training new staff, and upskilling senior staff to improve the organization's media relations, digital campaigns, and fundraising efforts. Since my organization spun out on its own as a boutique shop, he and his team were still willing to support us despite being at a much smaller scale and context. The care never changed, and I still feel just as valued as a client even though we're much, much smaller. I refer Highbrid to anyone who'll listen. Juan is simply the best at what he does and an outstanding human being who graciously meets you where you're at, no matter the level of your technical knowledge. He's generous and kind and a complete wiz. I hope I get to continue working with him for many years to come in this role and into the future.
