Maior eficiência nas chamadas e no registro de logs
No HubSpot, basta clicar no número de telefone para fazer uma ligação, o que é muito prático. Além disso, ao integrar a gravação, o link de gravação do ZoomPhone também é registrado automaticamente, o que é muito útil.

Eu estava errado
Acabei de descobrir o que estava criando meu problema e funcionou perfeitamente. Basta seguir o e-mail do Zoom para configurar o aplicativo e permitir que terceiros assumam o controle das chamadas. Estou muito satisfeito.
