Bra verktyg trots frustrerande problem med kontaktuppdatering
Det fungerar precis som förväntat 97% av tiden. Men de 3% är ganska irriterande. I grund och botten returnerar upsert-funktionen för ett par integrationer en "Kontakt finns redan". Antar att det är på Segments sida, eftersom jag inte ser en upsert-funktion på API-dokumentet, förutom batch.
Snabb installation (som riktigt snabb!) och lätt att skicka anpassade händelser, kontakter och en massa andra saker som kan vara en smärta att integrera manuellt.
Det behöver mer tillförlitlighet när du sätter in kontakter. Men det är värt det.

Kraftfullt sätt att skicka data till HubSpot, men kräver en del arbete
Vi tyckte att Twilio Segment var vårt föredragna sätt att skicka data till HubSpot från vår app och andra källor. Var dock medveten om att det kräver en del arbete. HubSpot är petig med formateringen av egenskapsfält, och det tog oss en hel del försök och fel för att få saker rätt. Men nu när det fungerar är det pålitligt och stöder vårt användningsfall. Jag föreslår att du tar in en utvecklare eller mycket teknisk person för att spara dig lite problem under konfigurationen.
