Trigger NPS/CSAT/CES/product surveys by using HubSpot’s workflow
1. Create a survey on SurveySensum. 2. Setup Share via HubSpot in the sharing option. 3.Go to HubSpot, add a workflow for the ticket close, and put the embed code of survey or survey link which you set up from Share via HubSpot. 4. Whenever your workflow triggers, the survey will be triggered.
