Integrationsfrågor överskuggar grundläggande funktionalitet
TeleCMI:s VoIP-system fungerar bra utan några större tekniska problem.
Kunder kan ringas upp direkt i HubSpot utan att behöva kopiera och klistra in kontakten i TeleCMI.
Efter att ha använt integrationen under en tid fick agenterna inte en popup för inkommande samtal, även om de kunde höra en ringning men inte kunde plocka upp samtalet utan popup-prompten. TeleCMI-support sa att det var problem från HubSpot-sidan och HubSpot-teamet vägrade att hjälpa till med hänvisning till att det inte fanns något problem från deras sida.
