Det är inte ofta man snubblar över en pärla, men det är precis vad Trudy är!!! Jag har arbetat med Trudy i över ett år och hon har i princip blivit en i teamet. Trudy har varit en viktig kugge i vårt team eftersom vi har byggt ut en komplex teknisk infrastruktur som har ett stort beroende av HubSpot. Att säga att Trudy har varit avgörande för att väva samman alla komplexa processer, arbetsflöden och integrationer in och ut ur HubSpot skulle vara att göra en björntjänst åt den roll som hon spelade. Jag hade nöjet att arbeta med Trudy tillsammans med Andy West när vi migrerade Wildfires CRM-system från Salesforce till HubSpot. Vårt system var inte alltför komplext, men vi gick från enanvändar- till fleranvändaråtkomst, vilket innebar att det nya systemet behövde uppfylla ett mycket bredare spektrum av krav. Dessutom hade vi över 20 års historik att gå igenom och bestämma vad som var värt att migrera och vad vi hade råd att lämna kvar.
