Great Call Tracking But Missing Key Integration Features

sometimes difficult to use. Previously i could be in the mobile HubSpot app, click on a phone number to dial and it would let me select to either call from my personal number or my open phone number. The option to call from my open phone number has disappeared. So now I have to copy and paste/remember the number or write it down. Loved being able to select "call using open phone." Now it doesn't. Makes calling clunky.

Does not log data it claims to log.

Claims to log calls, texts VM and it does not do this reliably. Checked a batch of contacts, and integration did not 1/3 of the interactions with clients. I signed up for open phone, went through all of the 10DLC and SMS applications because they made claims that there is a FULL integration with HubSpot. More time wasted and have to find an actual provider with a FULL integration.

UX is clean and nice.

Service and integration are not impressive enough to stay with OP and continue with this integration.

Great Phone App Just Got Better - SMS Integration Fixed

UPDATE - 5/5 Starts - Hubspot wont allow me to update. OpenPhone upgraded their features to log SMS as SMS - which greatly improved the reporting capabilities. By far this is the best phone app on the market and it intigrates nicely with Hubspot. Only feature I wish they had was the ability to setup a list, and call through it 1-by-1 without clicking (Autodialer). Maybe some day they will - but even with out, its better than the rest. Historic: The app is great - but the integration is greatly lacking. HubSpot has an SMS activity - which means messages should be logged under that activity type. As it's setup today - it totally wrecks our reporting, counting every message as a call (not an SMS). This is a simple fix - I pray they prioritize it.
