Massive impact in marketing and sales!

After having our contacts regularly analyzed and segmented, we have useful insights that really help us to active different audiences in suitable manner. Our marketing and sales people are now more effective and more happy with their daily work.

We have two main use cases. 1) Marketing: As we want to turn our Leads & MQLs to SQLs, we now know better what kind of content is suited for different segments. Only now we realize how different the content should be for people who are barely reading our messages versus those who are active. It's so nice to see how much better we are now in activating the different segments. 2) Sales: Through workflows and sequences we have pretty solid structure in place, but still it's sometimes hard to know which contacts to contact. Now it's easier for our sales to prioritize the high engagers before handling the opportunities which are moving slower anyway.
