People are more likely to commit to a path once they have begun, and a checklist helps them track which step they are taking. Moreover, marking items off the list also gives people a feeling of accomplishment and reward.

A checklist item can be a video, an URL, or a piece of Javascript code. We currently support four major video host websites: Youtube, Vimeo, Wistia, and Loom. You can also put a HubSpot meeting link in the URL action of a checklist item, when a user clicks the "Start" button of the item, the user will see a popup showing the HubSpot meeting page.

A customer success manager can view a contact's checklist progress on the contact's page.
