极大地改进了交易流程
CRM Playbook 检查器增加了标准交易管道功能中缺少的一个重要功能--在交易管道中构建知识的能力。有了它,我就可以在销售流程的每个步骤中添加销售代表应采取的所有行动,并为他们提供一个简单的工具来勾选已完成的行动。
该检查器对于复杂的销售流程尤为重要,因为在这些流程中,交易管道中的每一步都包含需要时间的预期行动。
在交易流程进入下一阶段之前,能够勾选一些事项。我也不必为交易流程中的所有操作创建 CRM 数据库字段,因为它们并不属于那里。
没有太大的缺点,但我希望这是 HubSpot CRM 的一项标准功能,那我几年前就已经拥有了;-)
