Easy, effective integration and amazing customer support!

BulkSMS is incredibly useful for us. It gives us the functionality we need to keep in touch with our customers by SMS but without our staff needing to access/log into another system. We can tie it into workflows and our pipeline journeys and track all of the activity in the contact record. Also the customer support has been amazing! I can't praise the company highly enough. We signed up with BulkSMS a few months ago but ran into an issue with our long number. As soon as I reached out to their customer support though, they were instantly on the case and sorted it for us. They've also helped us to set up a workflow to notify staff of any SMS replies, again without leaving HubSpot, so everything can be done within that system, and they've never hesitated to help, even though HubSpot is just one of the integrations they support. I would recommend them to anyone!

We needed a method for texting prospective and current customers but whilst keeping track of the communication within HubSpot so it was clear what had been sent and when. We also wanted to explore using workflows to automate responses - for example, if someone submitted a form or if a deal moved to a different stage in the pipeline. BulkSMS allows us to do all of that in one package.

It's easy to set up and integrate with HubSpot - you can do/track everything you need from the contact record without having to leave HubSpot. Costs are very competitive, the PAYG model means you're not tied into a long subscription and the credits never expire so you really get value for money. The customer support is amazing and they're extremely responsive to customer needs.

Great Product + Exceptional Support

We are an Australian based company and from using this integration we are very happy with BulkSMS. Firstly, its very easy to install, very easy to configure to your country of choice (this was a big concern for us as a lot of other integrations on the market only appealed to the US\UK market). Second, BulkSMS allow you to have a number of Sender ID's. This means we could link our company brand to the SMS so the client knows who they received an SMS from and makes our business more professional. Third, everything is tracked and displayed to the contact. This was very important to us as other integrations didn't log SMS messages to the contact. It meant in a small team, where internal staff members would cross over with some contacts, there was no log of what message was sent to the contact. BulkSMS tracks all of this from within the activity tab. Very useful! Lastly, their support is exceptional (no exaggeration). I spoke to a guy from BulkSMS called Dan. He organised a video call with me and explained a feature that I thought BulkSMS could not do. They were very prompt and because of that level of support I got, I will continue to use this app.

I've been using BulkSMS for specifically sending out SMS autoresponder messages within my deal pipeline. We have specific touch points along the way and each time our sales staff moves the user through the pipeline, we can individually customise a message that will be sent automatically to the client.

BulkSMS allows you to sign up for a 'Pay as you go' plan. A lot of competitors in the market want you to sign up to a subscription. A lot of the times like ourselves where we are starting out and implementing a new feature like this, we want to start off slow, learn the process and then start to scale. BulkSMS is the perfect solution. Oh and their credits that you buy for each SMS are very competitive on pricing & they don't expire. Other competitors, if you don't use the credits before the end of the month, they don't roll over on to the new month.
